I was a trusted advisor and a strategic leader. However, at home, my childhood trauma contributed to feelings of overwhelm, anxiousness, and panic during moments of conflict with my partner. We explored various approaches to improve our relationship, but it was only after enrolling in a relationship course with The Relationship School and truly understanding the connection between childhood experiences and attachment styles that I began to see, feel, and experience a powerful transformation in relating to my estranged partner. We explored various approaches to improve our relationship, but it was only after enrolling in a relationship course with The Relationship School and truly understanding the connection between childhood experiences and attachment styles that I began to see, feel, and experience a powerful transformation in relating to my estranged partner.
